Michael Howard Photography would like to thank Space Florida and all the wonderful professionals that have allowed me the opportunity to photograph the space shuttle from the Saturn Five Center located at the Kennedy Space Center and along the NASA causeway. In June of 2007, Michael Howard Photography had the opportunity to photograph the "DAWN" satellite in the "clean room" before it was launched on a Delta 2 rocket from Cape Canaveral on a mission to the asteroid belt.
With all thanks! Michael Howard STS-124

Space photography has always been a very exciting part of my life. Having been born here in Cocoa Beach and going to school on Merritt Island, space and I go back to the beginning of my life here on the space coast. Here I am back in July 1969 photographing the launch of Apollo 11, my first adventure into space photography. I am the little one holding the camera. From that day till now, my have things changed for not only the space program but for me. Here I am with the "DAWN" satellite in June 2007.
